IO Interactive has published the official PC system requirements for 007 First Light and announced a collaboration with NVIDIA on the Windows version of the game. The studio released the hardware configurations and additional details on its official channels, describing how the PC edition will be optimized for current graphics technologies.
The developer confirmed a global release date of May 27 and specified that the published configurations are targeted at running the game at 1080p. IO Interactive highlighted the use of NVIDIA GeForce RTX technologies, including DLSS 4, which are expected to help the title deliver stable performance and improved visual clarity on supported hardware.
The studio noted that requirements for higher resolutions have not been disclosed yet; the current specifications are focused on two 1080p target performance points. The published lists are intended to inform players which hardware will provide acceptable or recommended experiences at the stated resolution.
Minimum system requirements for 007 First Light:
Processor: Intel Core i5-9500K or AMD Ryzen 5 3500; Graphics card: NVIDIA GTX 1660 or AMD RX 5700; System memory: 16 GB; Video memory: 8 GB; Disk space: 80 GB; Operating system: Windows 10 or Windows 11, 64-bit; Target resolution: 1080p; Target performance: 30 FPS.
Recommended system requirements for 007 First Light:
Processor: Intel Core i5-13500 or AMD Ryzen 5 7600; Graphics card: NVIDIA RTX 3060 Ti or AMD RX 6700 XT; System memory: 32 GB; Video memory: 12 GB; Disk space: 80 GB; Operating system: Windows 10 or Windows 11, 64-bit; Target resolution: 1080p; Target performance: 60 FPS.
Players aiming for the recommended tier can expect smoother frame rates and headroom for RTX-enabled features such as DLSS 4 where supported. The equal disk-space requirement across both tiers indicates a relatively large install size, and IO Interactive may publish separate guidelines for higher resolutions and ultrawide displays at a later date.
