MIBR begin search for new coach after relieving Jhonatan 'jnt' Silva of his duties following mixed results

Brazilian organization MIBR have announced they will be looking for a new head coach after parting ways with Jhonatan 'jnt' Silva. The 31-year-old coach joined the project after a spell with FURIA fe and leaves the role after a nine-month stint.

During his time with MIBR, jnt took the team to two Major tournaments and was central to the roster's shift toward an international core, bringing in young additions such as Klimentii 'kl1m' Krivosheev and Aleksei 'Qikert' Golubev.

The decision to move on from jnt comes after a season of contrasting results. MIBR enjoyed strong domestic form in Brazil, winning three consecutive local events, but the squad faltered on the global stage, finishing bottom of the field at both PGL Masters and the StarLadder Budapest Major Stage 2.

Coaching stability has been an ongoing issue for the organization: over the past 18 months the head coach role has changed hands multiple times, with Bruno 'BIT' Fukuda Lima, Renato 'nak' Nakano and jnt each taking the reins. The team also announced the departure of assistant coach Guilherme 'texxas' Mayworm in November.

MIBR's current active playing roster consists of Raphael 'exit' Lacerda (29), Aleksei 'Qikert' Golubev (26, currently on loan), Breno 'brnz4n' Poletto (22), Felipe 'insani' Yuji (21) and Klimentii 'kl1m' Krivosheev (20, also on loan).

On the staff side, Renato 'nak' Nakano is listed as an assistant coach, while Rafael 'saffee' Costa is currently inactive. Jhonatan 'jnt' Silva has been removed from the coaching position as the club seeks a replacement.

Individual statistical highlights for the squad and affiliated players include Raphael 'exit' Lacerda with a rating of 1.06 across a long career sample (maps played listed as 1470), a KPR of 0.68 and a DPR of 0.59. Aleksei 'Qikert' Golubev holds a rating around 1.01 with approximately 1864 maps played, KPR 0.68 and DPR 0.64.

Klimentii 'kl1m' Krivosheev stands out among the younger additions with a rating of about 1.23 over a smaller sample (roughly 119 maps), KPR 0.84 and DPR 0.62. Breno 'brnz4n' Poletto posts a rating near 1.01 from roughly 740 maps, KPR 0.68 and DPR 0.66, while Felipe 'insani' Yuji sits around a 1.08 rating with about 727 maps, KPR 0.74 and DPR 0.67.

Additional figures tied to the organization include Rafael 'saffee' Costa, who has a career rating near 1.11 over close to 927 maps, KPR 0.73 and DPR 0.61. Veteran figure Renato 'nak' Nakano is listed with a rating near 0.92 across roughly 519 maps; former assistant Guilherme 'texxas' Mayworm was listed with a smaller sample and a rating around 0.79.

MIBR enter a transitional period as they search for a new coach and aim to translate their domestic momentum into consistent international performances. The organization is currently placed around the mid-tier of global team rankings and will be hoping the next appointment brings stability ahead of upcoming events.
