Tournament operator PGL has officially announced the PGL Singapore Major 2026, the second Counter-Strike 2 major of the year. The championship is scheduled to take place from November 25 to December 13, 2026, and will bring together top teams from the global CS2 scene.
The organizer confirmed that 32 teams will compete at the Singapore Major. PGL stated the event will be contested in a three-stage format. That contrasts with the four-stage structure used at the StarLadder Budapest Major 2025, which featured three separate group phases followed by playoffs; the three-stage approach is also listed for the upcoming IEM Cologne Major 2026.
The concluding matches of the PGL Singapore Major 2026 will be held at the Singapore Indoor Stadium, a venue that can accommodate approximately 12,000 spectators. Staging the finals at a large-capacity arena underlines the event’s significance within the esports calendar and PGL’s intent to attract a sizable live audience.
The total prize pool for the tournament has been set at $1.25 million. Additional operational details and the full competitive schedule are expected to be released by the organizer in the lead-up to the event.
