Azbayar Munkhbold, better known in the Counter-Strike 2 scene as Senzu, has expressed readiness to change his in-game role and become his team’s main sniper. This development was reported by HLTV.org, which cited its own sources for the information.
According to the report, the scarcity of top-tier AWP players on the transfer market means a switch to the sniper position could create new opportunities for Senzu. At the same time, HLTV.org notes that most organizations have already finalized their rosters for the upcoming season, which could limit immediate options for a role change or a transfer.
At the time the report appeared, Senzu was a substitute player for The Mongolz. On January 3, the club placed Munkhbold on the transfer list, confirming that his status within the organization had shifted; the player himself has not publicly commented on the possibility of taking up the primary AWPer role.
If Senzu follows through with a role change, it could make him more attractive to teams in need of a dedicated sniper, but timing may be a factor given how many squads have already set their lineups. For now, the situation remains one to watch as the transfer market and roster decisions continue to settle ahead of the new season.
